But we realized, we could help create the memories we’ve been so fortunate to have for others too. We’ve had the pleasure of owning multiple units locally and felt we provided a different kind of place for our traditional tenants. We wanted to offer Quality & Comfort to our tenants, but more importantly Care. All we were missing was an abundant Choice.

So, we took our experience, energy and passion for traveling and others and put it into Precision Rentals. Now, we transform Short Term Rentals in highly sought after destinations and bring our guests a memorable experience. Our stays offer hotel-like amenities such as travel-size toiletries, soft towels, premium bedding, & stocked kitchens but with the comfort of home.
